I believe as writers, we look deeper into what is presented to the world as fact. We always ask ourselves "why" and "what if" and tend to probe into human behavior, searching for motives. And when we find it -

watch out, because that is the essential truth in the stories we want to tell. This is the basic nature of imagination.
